A service-business concept built as a functioning site, not just a visual comp.
Plomberie Repère is an independent concept created to explore how a residential plumbing website can combine clear services, bilingual navigation, service-area logic, and a structured quotation journey. The business itself is fictional, but the website implementation is functioning technical work.
Design direction
Identity, information architecture, and frontend prototyping established the service experience first.
The project began with visual identity and service-business information architecture, followed by HTML/CSS/JavaScript prototyping. That established the hierarchy, content rhythm, and interaction model before the experience was integrated into WordPress.
WordPress implementation
A custom block theme keeps the interface structured while content remains editable.
The final concept uses a custom WordPress block theme and the native block editor. Polylang connects corresponding French and English pages so the project demonstrates a maintainable bilingual content workflow.
Repère Core
Project-specific interactions live in a purpose-built plugin.
Repère Core supports service-area verification and the guided three-step demonstration quotation flow. Contextual fields and selected-service retention keep the simulated enquiry connected to what the visitor was exploring.
Mobile conversion UX
Persistent call and estimate actions remain available on narrow screens.
The mobile experience uses a dedicated navigation treatment and persistent call/estimate actions. This is presented as an intentional interaction pattern; no conversion improvement is claimed.
Bilingual implementation
The same design system carries through the English desktop and mobile experiences.
Polylang connects the French and English architecture while the custom theme preserves hierarchy and interaction patterns across languages and viewport sizes.
