Client case study
Family Movers Ethio
A multilingual service-business website for a moving and packing company in Addis Ababa, organized around services, service areas, organizational buyers, and quote requests.
Client website built by Dany, founder of Ancra.
Challenge
A service business with residential, office, packing, inter-city, and organizational buyers needs more than a generic brochure site.
The live website has to help households find the right moving service while giving organizations a separate route for procurement, corporate relocation, vendor review, and recurring property moves.
Approach
Structure the website around real buying paths.
The information architecture separates core services, all 11 Addis Ababa sub-cities, selected inter-city routes, corporate/procurement content, guides, and contact paths. The result is a site where different audiences can enter through the page that matches their intent.
UX & content
Keep phone and quote actions close to service context.
Service pages, service-area pages, corporate pathways, and guide content all lead back toward a clear next step. Language choices are visible, and the site provides dedicated English, Amharic, and French experiences rather than one mixed-language page.
Development
A custom Next.js implementation with multilingual routes.
The current production site uses Next.js and exposes dedicated language paths, service pages, service-area pages, forms, and procurement/corporate routes. The implementation supports a growing content architecture without reducing the experience to a single landing page.
