Client case study

Addis Movers / FAMILY

A service-business website for moving, packing, and cleaning in Addis Ababa and selected Ethiopian cities, with clear service separation and quote paths.

Client website built by Dany, founder of Ancra.

Challenge

Present several connected services without making the offer feel fragmented.

The business combines moving, professional packing, move-related cleaning, residential and commercial work, and a coordinated 3-in-1 offer. The site needs to help visitors understand whether they need one service or a combined plan.

Approach

Lead with service clarity, then support local decision-making.

The production site separates moving, packing, cleaning, and the FAMILY 3-in-1 offer, while also giving visitors access to service areas, expert advice, FAQs, and a direct quote path.

UX & content

Use a simple route from service discovery to enquiry.

Clear service blocks, a visible free-quote action, coverage information, and household/business segmentation reduce the number of decisions a visitor has to make before contacting the company.

Development

A Next.js implementation supporting service content and enquiry flows.

The current site uses Next.js with dedicated service, service-area, advice, FAQ, and contact routes. English and Amharic language access is available from the live experience.
